Early Check-In & Late Check-Out
Rates are subject to availability at the time of confirmation
Additional Surcharge will be applicable during Christmas / New Year / Exhibitions which will be notified at the time of confirmation
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If cancellation is made 30 days or more before the date of travel, 0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellation is made between 15 days to 30 days before the date of travel, 25% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellation is made within 7- 15 days before the date of travel, 50% total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellation is made within 7 days before the date of travel, no refund.
PAYMENT TERMS POLICY:
25% of the booking amount to be paid as token amount for confirmation
50% of the booking amount to be paid 25 days before the departure
100% of total tour cost will have to be paid 7 days before the date of arrival
100 % payments for flight bookings.
