CANCELLATION POLICY
- If cancellation is made 30 days or more before the date of travel, 0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellation is made between 15 days to 30 days before the date of travel, 25% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellation is made within 7- 15 days before the date of travel, 50% total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellation is made within 7 days before the date of travel, no refund.
PAYMENT TERMS POLICY
- 25% of the booking amount to be paid as token amount for confirmation
- 50% of the booking amount to be paid 25 days before the departure
- 100% of total tour cost will have to be paid 7 days before the date of arrival
- 100 % payments for flight bookings
- Accommodation for 4 nights (2N Munnar + 1N Houseboat + 1N Cochin)
- Daily breakfast + all meals on houseboat
- All transfers & sightseeing by private AC car
- Toll, parking, fuel, and driver charges
